Pros

This book is straight forward, not a lot of mush about the author himself. Best book ever. Fantastic authors. I really recommend anyone who is interested in this topic to read other books.

The information and instructions were easily understood and well put. He is very insightful and the traditional techniques are great. Resourceful and interesting.

Cons

The whole idea is a fairytale, at least for the non indigineous peoples. And even that is loaded with folklore, superstition, and basically irrelevant information.
