Pros
It smells yummy and makes me feel grounded. Has been effective to calm children during infant massage. Soft smell of lavender and chamomile.
This is the most relaxing and calming eeo i have found. Also, lavendar is completely fine for boys.
Cons
Did not seem to make a difference in my 4 year old son. This does absolutely nothing for my girls.

The only negative was that it majorly messed with the allergies of myself and my 4yr old so now i can't use it.
