These socks are supportive for light heel pain. They are as lightweight as a regular ankle sock. These socks come individually packaged. Not much compression, but a surprisingly good, comfortable running sock for the price.

They are tight like compression but super thin all knit stretch and with no padding. The socks are so big the heel comes up to my ankle and there is no compression at all. The packaging only says high performance athletic socks!

Description is not accurate. The sizing guide, which isn't at all clear — is it inches? They have none of that. Beware of china clothing, they think we are bigger than we are. This is total bs.
