To start i used the soft mode for a beginner and then moved to the comfort mode

I found that in areas where the plaque was really built up and i as i gained more experience i used the strong and strongest mode that completely removed all the plaque between all my teeth in about 15 minutes

You simply go around each tooth no pressing and just let the device remove the plaque

On the areas that have more plaque i just keept etching away at it and it will then come right off

I also wanted to note that the product is excellent quality nice easy handle and comes with 3 tip heads so you can have them available or share just the handle with a family member but never share the tip heads
