Pros
Easy to install. But the plastic is plenty durable.
Cons
The hook can't be easily removed from the pegboard and reused in another location. This defeats the whole purpose of a pegboard vs fixed wall hangers. There are white plastic hook designs that are barbless.

The bad news is the pegs fit so snugly in the pegboard they are very difficult to install

Items hanging from these pegs stay put until i remove them but those items slide off without effort
