The only down side i have found is the shape of the bowls underside make them impossible to run thru the dishwasher as they trap water no matter which way you put them

Good water bowl especially for my cat who likes to tip regular water bowls dont know why he just does and since were living in an apartment now having a wet carpet isnt really good

Altho the rubber part to hold it sturdy falls off and is useless

I wouldnt use it for larger dogs because it probably couldnt hold all their food for one but my friends incredibly food motivated pit bull got a hold of it and managed to put a bit of a scratch on the bottom but its not the worst and i certainly wouldnt say its because of a lack of quality on the products behalf

I was a little disappointed on receiving the shipment because only one was bronze and the other black and the rubber ring on the bronze was completely missing
