Both the stand and the bowl are nice quality.
Packaging/appearance
It is very sturdy, the dish itself has a nice coating.
I put a little sugru moldable putty on the stand to help minimizing clinking while the dogs are eating or drinking.

When the human dishes go in the dishwasher we pull off the rubber ring and throw those in bottom rack usually

Although the bowls come in a variety of nice colors i would much prefer a heavier plain stainless bowl that was not coated in something i have no idea what it is
