I bought fresh new d batteries and the item never turned on…such a bummer!

It’s a little pricey though which is why i’ll make it 4 stars!
I still think it’s over priced for what it does!
It requires 4 d batteries which we weren’t expecting as well which are expensive!

You can’t control the volume but it isn’t so high that you can’t tolerate it like some toys
