Why is it that no third party controller maker can produce a ps2 controller with these standards

As you can see by the price it’s hard to get a good controller every button here is pressure sensitive but thirdparty controllers are not

Even the analog stick is wired to the d pad meaning you always run never walk because minor movements are registered as if you had the stick pressed all the way down
