Pros

I think it’s better than the original ps5. It's nice not having to repurchase hard copies from a previous console just so i can play it again. The xbox is smaller and makes less noise when properly taken care of.

Cons

I was sadly disapointed when i received the ps5, it is not new. I unfortunately was suckered by the deal of a game and $50 less than a ps5 without a game. Go find a good used ps4 pro and don't buy this hunk of sony garbage.

Wold play for 1 minute then *. Tried playing god of war r ragnarok and had glitching pixels across the screen. Sony has terrible customer service and they just tell you “try again in 24hours’.

Very happy with purchase, especially the price!

For the price, i couldn't be happier.

The only minor issue i truly have is the price i paid considering it’s used.

Shipping

(i let him open it early🤭) the original arrival date was december 13, but it came december 11th!

So i was a little worried about buy it online but it came super quick almost 5 days early.

It arrived on time and in good condition.

Packaging/appearance

In love with my new system, packaging and shipping was in great condition as well.

Came in brand new condition and was sealed.

It was extremely protected in the package.

The outter box was slightly damaged but that is no big deal.
