Product works well and came how it should do.
I haven't bought a controller charging station since the ps2 but i wasn't overly impressed with the advancements with this.
Packaging/appearance
Handy, saves usb cables coming out of the ps5.
Also it's nice that the dualsense charging station fits with the whole white on black astethic of the ps5.
Competitiveness
I bought for my new ps5 and it is better than just usb-c cables.
There's no need to plug in your usbc cable into your ps5 then connect it to your console to charge it.
Controller fits in perfectly and doesn't require a ps5 connection to operate.

The controllers arent clicked in as it claims but sit on top of the contacts and are very easy to knock to a point they are not charging
