Piece of garbage. Broke in 2 months. There is a small plastic pin that will break rendering it useless. What a mess.
Even with the scent blockers in it smells horrible. No free carbon filter either. They need to either improve the lid or offer replacement lids!
However the functionality quickly degrades as you will be using this for 2-3 years, or more for more kids. This product is not worth it's money. It is a waste of money, i regret not returning it.
Usually have great experiences with customer service but this is not a feasible expectation.
