It is actually 4 3/8 inches wide, but fits nicely into my unit. The slot that it slides into is a little wider than 4 inches.

Cons

It is cheap junk and if you try to return it, you have to pay for the return shipping. The measurements they list are off by 2cm and when they obviously don't fit they refuse to provide a paid return label.
