It is very well made and came exactly as pictured. Well made and does not budge when working with 3wt to 8wt reels. Although some of this product is made from plastic, the polymer they used is of the upmost quality.

Cons

The crank handle gearing is backwards resulting in line spooling off uncontrolled. The arm droops and cannot be tightened to hold the weight of the reel. You have to tighten thumb screws to keep the arms from twisting, but they don't work.

Original packaging has damage to the box exterior. Only some of the contents have been stuffed back into the box. Not worth 40 bucks.
