The convenience of the telescopic rod is nice and has plenty of backbone to fight those lunkers. The reel is really nice as well. Both seems sturdy. It's also quite sturdy.

It's compact, light weight and easy to pack in my luggage as i travel. It folds up small, and feels sturdy. It's very compact.

Set up with 2oz weight and #2 hook. Caught lots of black tail snapper, range size from 1/4 pound to 1. Pound. I have 8lb line on the reel which seems like the perfect size for the reel.

Extremely disappointed in this pole. Its to difficult, instructions are weak, demands where high. Do not buy.

Other steel parts are also more or less rusted. Messy to handle. Awkward metal gear like part that does nothing on the handle.
