Not up to the quality of the rod and reel.
Some of the reviews gave negative comments about the rod sections sticking, but i have had excellent luck with this product.
Price
This is a great product for a great price!
The pole is nice for the price.
All of that for the price is quite a deal!
Packaging/appearance
The junk lures that came with this kit are a waste, the carying case is nice, but the tip of the rod cants to the left a bit.
Competitiveness
I have used this rod to fish bass and panfish of less than 5lbs.
Rod and reel combo worked well together along with 12lbs fluorocarbon line.
The pflueger president gets great ratings, but i expect this plusinno reel to match or exceed the pres expectations.
