Pros

It’s about 5 feet long and the rod is a well-machined metal with good flex. With the pandemic and social distancing rules, fishing is a great family activity. We have a 9 and a 12 yr old kids, and this is perfect for both of them.

Good quality, easy simplified operation and use. We always have to pull our poles apart when packing in our small car. Has velcro slings and mesh pockets to keep everything in place. Small tackle box is a nice bonus for our son to have his own.

The casting and reeling mechanism works like a charm. It feels smooth on the cast and the reel in. A bass and a perch.

Cons

The reel is useless. It only casts 2-3 feet.

Build quality seems a little cheap, but i figure she'll probably grow out of it right about the time it breaks.
