Pros

Reel is fantastic. Good bang for the buck. I like how the handle folds up with a push of a button.

It's done well w/freshwater trout and inshore saltwater wade fishing. It also includes some fishing line and fake bait and floaters, which he loved too.

Cons

Tried wd40 & every other suggestion on here. I understand that it is a budget rod and reel combo but it is still disappointing to say the least.

The pole slides out seamlessly, collapses smooth and easy.

The kastking felt really weak, like the smallest bait would make it crumble.

Price

My husband loved it the price and shipping was great!

Also important to mention it's the chepeast of all 3 (kastking was $60 for just the rod and ghosthorn is $80 for the combo) .

To be honest i hadn't fished with it yet, but i had a previous plusinno telescopic rod which was very good for it's price.

Didn't know what to expect but did not want to take my other rods as they were not as portable and expensive.

Shipping

I was amazed at the quick and extremely satisfying customer service i received.

Please send the reelupdate: got ahold of plusinno and they were wonderful and sent the reel.

Update: vendor sent me a replacement product, very good customer service!

Packaging/appearance

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a neatly packed rod with the extra accessories included.

I really like the case it came in and so far everything looks as it should.

The thing is sturdy, collapses into a small package, comes with basics and a carry case.

Wanted to have an easily packable pole and chose this.

Competitiveness

I could replace with a "higher end" reel, but i don't see the need so far.
