Thanks for the fast shipping and great product.
Since the cushioning is kind of thin i don't know how long it will last but my back is grateful for the change.

Issue is granted i weight 230 lbs when you sit on it at full extension the shock compresses about 2 inches

The arch in the front is not to high and allows me to scoot close to the patient chair

Its a little hard to get onto the casters make it roll away from me as i try to get on and i have to reposition myself once im seated to get squarely on the seat

The foot bar will not stay putit uses a clamping mechanism and i cannot tighten it tight enough by hand to make it stay so it is permanently at the bottom position which is too low for me when seated

I do wish it had locking casters but i can probably change those as the ones provided are the plastic pushintothe hole type
