It takes a little while to load the directory, but it works fine after that. Got 2 of these for my blink module seems to work fine. Wrote a 6gb image file at ~25 mb/s and took a minute or two. Mb/s writing speed in this product is for the cache memory... Read More

Cons

Pointless product. Will return. Missed my return window for this product due to opening product weeks after receipt. Even at a good price, it isn't worth it. Pathetic product, actually.

To extend the part of the flash drive that plugs into a usb port from the case, you have to push with a lot of force. Then it makes a loud click and pops out. Now that plug is dead. The engineering of the case is very shoddy.

The amount of storage space for the price was a huge bonus also.

Not the fastest write speed but i got it on an impulse buy with an amazon gift credit i wanted to use up and i don't regret ordering it.

I didnt format it just took it strainght out the pack and used it .

Competitiveness

Holds a ton of mp3s, lasts much longer than other brands that crap out after moderate use.

0 drives are no less reliable from this brand, but the data transfer is a lot slower, which may affect your choice.

Not as fast as a comparable sandisk brand but these have an activity led light which is very helpful for my use cases.
