This works as advertised. Worked immediately upon inserting. Perform right out of the package.

The pny 256gb turbo attache 4 is a fine usb 3. Stick. It has a usb 2. Ss slot. It's great that the stick has usb 3; a lot of the drives at this price are still usb2.

Comes in fat32, reformatted to exfat, no improvement in speed. Writing speed is sluggish and gets tons of spikes. When they rate these drives they use file types that read and the fastest.

This usb drive is super sturdy and well made the sliding part is tight and good quality.

This is a nice and speedy flash drive and the storage tested out just like in the add.

Gets about 30mb/s write and 100mb/s read on a macbook pro retiina 2012-2015.

The drive performs as expected without the bloatware, but the sleeve is hard to slide.

Price

The amount of storage space for the price was a huge bonus also.
