Bought 4 of these ssd 2tb each. You need to change your sata controller in bios from ide to ahci.
Cons
Don't buy one and hang on to it without testing. Save yourself the headache and buy crucial or samsung brand. Died after 2 yrs 4 mo. It has neither dram cache, nor slc cache.

I am very happy with the pny ssds and will continue to use them.
Within minutes, i was up and running with the ssd.
The boot process used to take about 5 minutes and web pages would take at least 30-40 seconds to load with the old system.
Price
Never had a problem with pny drives, this one is no different, and the price is right.
This ssd is good deal for the price
I managed to get it for $66 total, but it looks like the price went up.
2 drives but the price i got them for was great.
Shipping
Works good, we used for gaming computer and is fast enough for our needs.
It is pretty fast for a budgeted ps4 drive.
Customer service sorted it out however and had another sent with free next day shipping which was the correct product this time.
Packaging/appearance
Arrived quickly, easy to handle packaging, so far so good.

It's a five-star investment that i wholeheartedly recommend!
Been running a 250gb i got on sale a while back like over a year ago.
I ordered this 500gb pny ssd and received a 32gb pny micro sd card… it even had the pny 500gb ssd amazon sticker on it.
I've been burned by a pny product before that died one week after the warranty expired.

Many of the cheaper brands fail quickly and sometimes right out of the box they have issues
