Pros

One of the nvme slots is gen 4, and one of the slot is gen 3. Follow the directions. And it works like a charm! Love this thing.

The drive only gives you 3685 mbps. Ps5 needs 5500 mbps to work correctly with the system. Theoretical max sequential read speed of 5600 mbps, actual performance in ps5 is around 3800 mbps. The datum was first formatted.

I would recommend this product to someone looking for a much faster hard drive compared to an hdd.

Sony calls for 5500 and honestly i think anything too far above that at this point is just to brag about the brand and speed.

Then i did some research and learned that gen10 processors won' work with gen4 ssds.
