The mute button shone green but wouldn't mute when i pressed it as well as that the mic did not work itself.
Price
I was seriously considering $400 + mics and just thought i’d give this one a try.
Sounds like any other high end expensive mic and is only $100 aud

It arrived earlier than expected but didn't really work it turned on.
Competitiveness
Super similar to sm7b which i had for long time.
In comparison to my shure mv7, it's a lot louder than the mv7, but this also adds to it's cons.

Because it is louder it will pick up feedback such as accidentally bumping something in range of the microphone and i found even picking up sounds from behind it so be wary of that

Overall a good starting mic or even a replacement if you find the shure mv7 too weak in volume

In terms of quality despite being louder it just isnt as clear as the mv7s are but for quality at this price point its hard to get disappointed

This may or may not be a personal problem but the sound capsule inside tends to come loose and moves around the inside of the microphone
