It keeps flab compressed to look as it should and if you have a medical condition like myself where you man nipples are consistly hard then you will enjoy the look of this under a regular shirt

You no doubt hear reviews about how hard they are to put on and take off but that’s really just the nature of the kind of garment this is… it’s not just a comfy tank top to wear at the beach… it’s for guys like me who need a little support in the chest area
