Mini splitter works fine for connecting my poe cameras to network. Takes seconds to put in place, the mini splitter is more than capable of running 3 cameras at reasonable framerate at 100mb/s rates.

The enclosure hovers between 50f and 110f, and this has held up without any major issues (even running iscsi traffic for the disks).

It got a little warm but it was outside in a box in miami heat.
