While the underground was the biggest improvement to the game, it is a data consuming monster and the game for me tended to slow or freeze entirely. Game play is boring and feels like clocking back in to work.

Sadly a continuation of sword and shield's backwards direction in taking pokemon. This is by far the worst pokémon remake to date. It's really just a hd port of the originals. Play legend of arceus instead, play pokémon.

Not great controls. Navigation is sooooooo bad.

Nothing can be taken seriously in the chibi, cutesy style. Combat is on the slow side, causing you to yawn while you wait for abilities to trigger. The entire stylistic choice is questionable in my opinion.
