I think the band probably expanded because of the heat and then the watch part came loose and fell out

I also like the fact that you can download the app polar flow and then interface polar flow with the watch

I recently got it back from polar today and i was told the syncing and pairing was due to a bug in their system that had been fixed

It syncs fine now but the usb that amazon sent with it still absolutely sucks
