Pros

This pad is grate for a bunch of different places. It covers all the way around the knee. The connection for the hoses is to the side so when using on the left foot i would recommend wrapping the hose connection with a towel.

These products make icing any part of your body easy and convenient. Comes in handy when using the polar therapy machine in bed.

Cons

The pad is too small for a large man. The velcro strasp is the worst part of the design. This boot leaks with the polar care cube. There are hundreds of blue flecks inside the polar ice cooler.

It is very cumbersome and asymmetrical. Do not buy. Not even a response from the seller.

This product has a large pad that the water circulates through to ice your body part.

I have had total knee replacement (tkr) on both knees, 9 months apart.

Price

The polar active ice machine with the additional purchase of the knee/elbow pad was well worth the money spent.

On the expensive size for such a simple product but a must have for post-op knee recovery.

Shipping

I did not expect to receive such fast service and absolutely no additional cost to me that was beyond my expectations.

I sent an email on july 4th and told them i'm having surgery on the 6th.

I called and to my surprise customer service immediately shipped out the knee specific therapy pad for me at no cost.

Competitiveness

Great product and great value compared to the similar devices hospitals and doctors will try to sell you.
