The only other ice machine that works better is if you rent it medical device store medical device store and it comes with built-in compressions other than that if you fill it with frozen water bottles, so much less work than constantly refilling it with ice i wish i knew that the first time around so cold for hours on end definitely recommend also recommend buying an additional extra large bladder that definitely helped too.  Read Less
