This was shipped twice and lost, en route, both times. Instant regret. They charge the original shipping, you pay the return shipping and then they charge a really old fashioned 10% restocking fee for an unused unit.
The lines * very easy and the flow will stop working. The little connectors from the pad to the other tube leak pretty often even with changing the o-rings. Next, if reset itself to 10 on and 10 off.

The programable digital timer is easy to set, the pad is completely comfortable and the velcro is super strong and durable.
Freezing water bottles is best and keeps the water the coldest for the longest i’ve noticed.
Has worked great for over a year straight, tempted to buy an extra pump in case this one ever quits working.
The programmable timer stopped working about 4 days after i received the product.
Price
It's a great invention, and since i have another knee surgery to fix my other one coming up, i think it's a bargain at the price.
I got this a full three weeks after my knee replacement surgery, and it was still worth every penny.
