Pros
I'm truly amazed how efficient this unit is. As advertised. This robot is excellent.
The lift feature is a game changer. It climbs the wall and waits for you to lift it out of the pool. Can easily climb walls and clean water line like a champ.
Easy set up, great functionality and very effective pool cleaner. Easy to clean out with a quick rinse from the hose. Cleans well, super easy to use an easy to clean.
Cons
The only good thing about the polaris is its easy-to-clean basket & its lift assist.

Quality
Love this, had an older model and it was time to replace it, the schedule in the app is awesome, highly recommended.
Climbs stairs and vertical walls with no issues.
Throw it in, press 1 button, come back 2 hours later and pool spotless.
My heart broke when the lead wire hardened and eventually failed (error 10).
Price
It was a bit pricey but has already paid for itself.
Expensive, but no more rolling up large pool hoses to a creepy crawly that kept getting stuck.
Competitiveness
This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum so i can’t compare real experience with other vacuums.
I liked the way polaris worked so much that i bought one again.
The dolphin premier was my other choice but i can’t get that model in canada and it would have been a lot more money.
