This piece was just what i expected a good quality lightweight monopod that works well with my camera and was able to receive with an adapter a swivel head i had as well

I use it for a long trip and all my pictures are perfect thanks to this little extender when im not using it i store it in my pants pocket the only issue is that my camera is middle heavy and the extender couldnt hold the vertical position because of the weight of my camera so all my pictures were taken horizontally superlight very sturdy best monopod on the market period however if you use the camera off the tripod without any support you wind up jerking the camera at times which ruins the shot
