I had to return mine because i bought it new but what i got wasnt new and it was kinda loud and the batteries got really hot while charging so i dont know if mine was defective because it wasnt new

It was easy to set up out of the box and there was no need to download complicated firmware updates as is the case with other similarly priced stabilizers

The unit comes with an oring that that is placed around the gopro lens and which is then attached to the stabilizer via a small thumbscrew

Finally the small slot cut into the front of the stabilizer for attaching the oring is too small at least on my unit though this doesnt prevent solid attachment
