The first printer i purchased ran beautifully through the first cartridge i put in it

You can only put the cartridge in one way so it wasnt an issue of incorrect insertion

One cartridge was spoiled on the very first print the color film was torn and pulled out of sequence inside the printer so because of how these cartridges work the entire cartridge was completely wasted
