I have par checked the lights before use outside and it does 1600 and on my meter it showed a slight flux between 4600 and 5k which is the whitest before getting into the blueish style bulbs

Now i had top rated bulbs and still saw the issue and it was not the bulbs but the switch circuit on the motion or daylight sensor and when i turned them off and made it act like it was wired straight then the bulbs had no issue

So if you have an issue then switch the motion part off and if your fixture dose not offer a way to switch off the motion or that lame daylight sensor then the fixture is junk

The reason halogens would work is the power draw is more which warms up the switching circuit and some of these chinese knockoffs run just as warm and do the same thing

These work too the point most didnt even try to walk up to my cars and i lived in the hood

Still put it in a cheap clamp light fixture and rigged it to stay in place with some big binder clips
