Very pleased with the quality of the item.
So far i am very happy with this product, it works well for me and i have no problems with it so far.
I will try to contact for part but even without it was a great deal for this product.
I'm an amateur at lighting and photography so i've been playing around with the lights that come with the kit.
Price
I'm not going to blubber about how great this makes you look and how the price is right.
Totally worth the cost, just be prepared to hunt around for setup help.
Shipping
The shipping and everything else was just great.
I found that the creases are from being folded from shipping and storing them away.

The only cons that i could say about this product are that it takes a couple times to iron out all the wrinkles on the backdrops and the included camera stand cannot be adjusted up or down

I use the white backdrop when i upload the picture with some minor lighting adjustments in picassa photo shop there are no shadows the object stands out very clearly
