It cost me double from other less known brands and it was a total failure my wife wasnt able to download anything and preloaded apps like facebook make the device colapse ive never been robbed this way before i think chinese firms buys known old brands to produce this kind of crap and charge you as a luxury item

The only real issue was connecting to the net from the house im a tech geek so we kinda figured out that the tablet needs wpa and not wep to work so contact your internet company to see if you can get a faster router

Have had it since dec 2014 this tablet is hard to use difficult to download games on our son who is 8would not us it so i started using it and now it will not keep a charge and is difficult to get charged

I ordered two tablets and any of them are working i do not recommend to buy this tablet to anyone both tablets got frozen and overheat with a black screen and then stop working some of the applications dont work
