Generally a good keyboard sometimes response time can be slowfunky when typing but overall very comfortable to type on and tons of shortcut buttons but they are not customizable only major beef with this product is that the keyboard does not have any indicator lights for any of this locks ie caps lock num lock or insert which can be frustrating at times

My son was fixing my computer and mailed the microchip sepratley back to me

When the letter arrived it was torn out of envelope so now i have a new keyboard and mouse and no chip to make it functional again
