This item was what i considered a bit on the higher priced side but after using it now for over a month, wow i have never had popcorn so consistent, and i can clean it with out worrying about getting water on the electrical components better then expected, i like to partake of popcorn quite often so far i an extremely happy and yes it is worth the higher cost.  Read Less
