The magnetic base on the flashlight is quite strong when affixed to high iron content metals. The magnet on the base is strong, and perfect for attaching to the door frame. Strong magnet works great.
The battery is replaceable standard 18650. It charges via usb which is really cool.

The cob light articulates 180 degrees plus 360 degrees also. The telescopic endtip can focus more or less of the light. I wish the flat lamp attachment was a bit brighter.
I carry this in the semi with me and this thing is awesome. The compact size makes it easy to carry in a pocket or tool bag, ensuring that i always have reliable illumination within reach.
Cons

It was missing the oring on the regular flashlight head but thats not a huge deal breaker but it does make the head somewhat loose
