Ive read a lot of negative reviews about this machine and machines like it by other companies and most of them say the same thing the cable broke or they had problems with the headscutting tips

I wonder how many of those reviewers turned both the drum switch and the autofeed knob to reverse to retract the cable from the pipe which is a big mistake

Youre only supposed to use the reverse switch momentarily to unkink the cable or dislodge the head from being stuck

It says so right in the instructions and ill admit i reread this point a few times to make sure i understood it correctly because it goes against intuition

I dont think its fair to leave negative reviews on a product when the problems result from usererror
