Tool is easy to use but the cable is a bit skinnier that what i am accustomed to using. It works but not sure for heavy duty clogs.

Cost me $125 to get my drain cleaned, so definitely worth the money.
This thing was great and cost me less to purchase than to call a local plumber for a one-shot visit!
A plumber said they could fix it for $200.
