I tried clapping my hands next to my ear listen to music on my phone right out of the speaker directly on my ears and i have to admit the reduction is very good

I enjoy these earpieces however ive tried the ethymotic research ones etymotic research er20xssmfp highfidelity earplugs 1 pair standard fit so on so on ones and those have a better quality of sound and fit but esthetically they look even worst

Cons i have to admit it strikes me as weird that it comes with 3 ear plugs

I value having a spare or being able to keep one at a higher level if i need to block more sound on one side but i would be much more likely to buy 2 pairs of ear plugs normally than have a third one floating around
