Pros
Adjustable strap is super comfy! The strap is adjustable, although it won’t stay as tight as i would like it. It heats up almost instantly and gets very toasty!
The strong heat really helps soothe the cramping though. I literally wear this to work under my clothes and pop it on low when i start to cramp and it’s a total game changer.
Love that there’s two different setting for the temp or the massage feature. The massage setting is a little noisy but nothing horrible. The vibration mode is kind of useless but the heat is great.
Cons
This is another product that society has hyped beyond it's capabilities. The only benefit it has over a regular heating pad is the fact that it's portable.
Is noisy. The vibrating noise is annoying and loud. The blinking lights do the same thing no matter what, and it's very disruptive if you have sensory processing issues. It's easy to accidentally turn it on, which is quite loud and can startle you!

As others have noted it gets very hot as an endo girly this is my heaven but be sure to wear at least one layer of clothing in between to protect your skin
