I contacted the seller and with out hesitation the seller sent to me with in days a complete new unit .
The product arrived on time but one of the mic was faulty.

I wish manufacturer included them in the box.

Roxi has just launched and this is free so i will give that a go - karafun does work pretty well so we'll see which is better.

Dont forget also that the mixer unit doesnt need a cable connection if your tv has wirelessbluetooth options

My setup is a firestick into the hdmi in port hdmi out to av receiver and some audio cables from the audio out to the av receiver

According to the instructions you should not need the analogue audio cable as hdmi should carry it but i could not get this to work so used the analogue cables
