Solve:i contacted the seller and sent me a step by step instructions on how to update the firmware.
Recently we were getting ready to take a trip and i saw this about 2 weeks before starting trip.
At the time of this purchase, these instructions are available only in the paper product manual accompanying the device.

Competitiveness
We each have an a28 and the voice recognition is much better than my name brand satellite gps’ voice recognition!
I think the a28 car play works better than the factory 2018 honda car play.
The other companies the car play was more expensive, and i was only able to email support for problems.
I had been checking out products similar to this to update older honda odyssey for almost a year.

Because of the way it is mounted the front facing camera isn’t very usable because the mount is blocking some of the view of the camera

I could mount it differently with the included adhesive mount but i didn’t purchase the car play kit for the use of the camera

Since my car has a builtin rear camera i did not use the rear camera that came with the kit
