Great for talking to family via facebook messenger or whatsapp. Works with whatts app, messinger facebook netflix and prime. Also works with alexa for music.

Cons

There is no process to repair the screen if it breaks. The item is heavy and if by murphy’s law falls screen side down the screen will crack and then useless. The sound quality is now absolute rubbish and there is always a delay in speech to hearing t... Read More

It's basically a beta product that's been launched prematurely. Requires a 45 minute update on first use, crashed after it had finished, then started updating again.

A real shame and incredibly frustrating. Tried all advice in the internet and can’t contact facebook portal to lodge complaint.
