While the product has met our expectations for family interactions a couple of suggestions1 remote to have touch sensitive alphabets for ease of search2 search of contacts to not be upper lower case sensitive3 cable to be included in package

Post facebook and whatsapp outage have had to reset the device which is cumbersome non obvious and requires some research

Also the favourites in contacts keep disappearing and we need to keep logging into the portal account on the tv on different days which is an annoying software issue and wastes time

Company need to incorporate easy one touch button navigation for messenger or whats app call esp for elderly people its very difficult to go through menus and sub menus and then activate the calling feature
