Pros

This fits the bill nicely. Very low vibration. Never bogged, bucked, or proves unreliable in any way.

Saw is very easy to use and is very controllable. Included is 1 blade and allen wrench. Position speed dial integrated in the trigger.

Porter cable jigsaw has plenty of power and runs very smooth! It is heavier than my old jigsaw and seems to be quality-made. Looks to be nearly identical to the craftsman saw. Tool less blade change feature and orbital action are definite pluses.

Cons

The lock button only seems to work with the trigger all the way in. I had assumed these problems were just a fluke. Clutches on those drills are junk and don't last.

Use caution picking up a plugged in saw. After just a year, the saw and the battery both overheat.

Bottom of the blade is canted forward probably 30 degrees. The blade is not square to the base. I have to whack the blade into the holder on a benchtop for it to stay in while in use.
